I love spending afternoons at crosswords, time flies by with golden wings and I do get an answer to some or the other question that was at the back of my mind.
The Background Music filled my heart and I was at complete ease, sipping on my Cafe Latte.
And I heard a 5 year old reciting a poem , " Mom, roses are red, violets are blue, but then what is the color of love ? "This question was so genuine and innocent. The woman looked at her son, searching his eyes and I thought that she was framing her words in a bridge to analyze closely her son's curiosity, and satisfy him with an answer.
She begun,
" Son, all colors in this world belong to Love," she points to a little blue eyed baby looking at his mother, who is tying her a bib, "that blue in this baby's eyes is the color of love", she points to a dark eyed girl who stands with her crutches and is offered an entry by one of the many people ushering in."The pink smile spread across that little girl's face is the color of love". She holds him close and then points to a man standing at the cash counter collecting his change and says,"this simple magic word 'thank you' that this man said is gratitude, another color of love". "Look around you, everyone's life here is filled with many many colors and all these belong to love, cherish these colors and always spread smiles wherever you go :)"
I got this article for my Blog Post, because of a mother's beautiful thoughts... More importantly, I got to know how amazing life is, and how colorful love is :)
